About the Position This position is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates . Areas of Responsibility Sales Planning Assimilate and analyze information on clients, their competition and market trends, media mix, share of wallet, print share; provide inputs to reporting manager to prepare the vertical sales plan in order to achieve the budgeted figures for assigned clients Smart sell and New Initiatives Analyze category / industry with the help of reporting manager, available competition and market research; create a basket of opportunities with implementable plans; take inputs from BVH, suggest / co-create ideas in sync with the client's communication objectives in order to get incremental business through new initiatives and new clients. Client servicing Develop and maintain rapport with key clients / agencies, share market developments in their industry, create awareness of existing and new services offered by the company, liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and logistics, understand and address clients business concerns in order to become their preferred media vehicle. Sales Review Provide information to BVH on order booked, client calls etc. as and when required, participate in weekly/ monthly sales reviews and suggest necessary course corrections in order to achieve the sales targets Others • Communication (External and Internal) • Presentation and Convincing Skills • Ability to deliver within strict deadlines • Knowledge of media, advertising, clients and agency businesses

About the Position : Monitor the Preventive/ Corrective/ Breakdown maintenance of the Web offset presses and its ancillaries, monitor the spare consumption/ cost, optimize the usage by analyzing/ rectifying root causes of frequent failures, facilitate upgrades and new installations with the objective of improving the machine uptime, reducing the cost on spare procurements and meet the challenges of obsolesce and life cycle expiration of the spares. Role & responsibilities : Equipment, CTP equipment and machine ancillaries (e.g. Technotrans etc.), monitor its adherence in order to ensure good condition and availability of machines for Production requirements. Breakdown/Corrective Maintenance: Attend/ analyze/ rectify the breakdowns in the machines, take corrective actions/ make avoidance plans, coordinate with OEM for machine audits/ frequently occurring critical problems, ensure accurate data is entered in SAP to ensure timely delivery of the product without compromising on quality. Manage Spare consumption: Approve the consumption/ issue of spares through SAP notifications, monitor/ optimize the stock of consumable/ non-consumable spares and raise SAP notifications for making purchase requisitions to ensure timely availability of required spares and avoiding delays. Machine performance and Engineering MIS: Maintain machine performance reports (downtime, machine history) and ISO documents to provide data for audits and aid the decision making for the management. Up-gradation / Installations: Coordinate with external agencies/ OEMs to ensure timely execution of up-gradation/ installations (e.g. Borri UPS installation, Software/ Hardware up-gradation) to meet the challenges against obsolesce and life expiry of the equipment. Skill development: Identify the training needs; facilitate the same with the help of management and imparting hands on guidance to team members to meet the departments skill requirements. Preferred candidate profile : B.E./ B.Tech./Diploma in Electronics / Instrumentation / Electrical Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics, circuit analysis, power electronics, microcontrollers, and various communication protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet, RS485). Expertise in industrial automation components, including PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.), VFDs, HMIs, and sensors.
