About The Opportunity
Join Grand Continent Hotels as a Food and Beverage Manager to lead F&B operations for a newly opened Luxury Collection hotel in Udaipur ( Rajasthan) . You will drive service quality, control costs, and elevate guest satisfaction across restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet functions.Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily F&B operations across outlets and banquets, ensuring consistent service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Manage food and beverage costing, inventory controls, and purchasing to optimise margins and minimize wastage.
- Plan and execute banquets and events, coordinate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and liaise with sales and kitchen teams for seamless delivery.
- Implement and maintain food safety, hygiene and compliance protocols in line with HACCP and local regulatory requirements.
- Lead recruitment, training, scheduling and performance management for F&B staff to maintain high productivity and service quality.
- Monitor outlet revenues and KPIs, prepare operational reports, and recommend upsell and menu-mix strategies to grow topline.
 
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven experience managing F&B operations in a hotel or large-scale hospitality environment.
- Strong command of POS systems and Oracle MICROS or equivalent hotel POS platforms.
- Demonstrable expertise in food costing, beverage costing and cost-control methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with inventory management and procurement processes.
- Working knowledge of HACCP and implementation of food safety management practices.
- Track record of managing banquets and events with focus on operational delivery and guest experience.
- Hands on experience in handling team
 
Preferred
- FSSAI compliance knowledge or certification in food safety.
- Sommelier or mixology/bar-management training.
- Experience with hotel ERP or revenue-management tools for F&B forecasting.
