Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic, result-driven Export Sales Specialist (Business Development - International Markets) to spearhead Chheda’s global expansion. The ideal candidate will bring FMCG experience (preferably in food & snacks), deep market understanding, and a strong ability to drive business across the Middle East, North America, Europe, and APAC.


Key Responsibilities

·       Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to establish and grow Chheda’s presence in international markets.

·       Sales & Distribution: Identify, appoint, and manage international distributors, retail chains, and e-commerce partners.

·       Partnership Management: Build and nurture relationships with distributors, retailers, trade partners, and key stakeholders.

·       Regulatory Compliance: Ensure alignment with international food regulations, packaging norms, and export requirements.

·       P&L Ownership: Drive profitability and revenue growth for the international business vertical.

·       Trade Shows & Exhibitions: Represent the brand at global trade fairs, B2B events, and exhibitions.

·       Market Intelligence: Track global consumer trends, competitive landscape, and emerging category opportunities.

·       Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing international sales & export team with clear KPIs.


Qualifications & Experience

·       Minimum 3 years of experience in international sales/business development within FMCG, preferably food & snacks.

·       Strong understanding of export processes, international trade compliance, and global distribution networks.

·       Experience in P&L management, market entry strategy, and scaling business across geographies.

·       Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural relationship skills.

·       Willingness to travel internationally as required.
