The Export Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing international business opportunities for process equipement products. This role involves managing client relationship, preparing commercial offers, coordinating with internal department, and ensuring smooth execution of export orders.

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat.

Experience: 8 years

Role Description

• International Business Development: identify potential markets and clients through, trade portals, and exhibitions.
• Generate and follow up on export inquiries, RFQs, and tenders.
• Client Engagament & Sales: communicate with overseas clients to understand requirements and offer suitable solutions.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposal, quotations, and contracts.
• Order Execution & Coordination: coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation team to ensure timely dispatch. Monitor order progress and keep clients updated on delivery schedules.
• Documetation & Compliance: Assist in preparing export documentation including invoices, packaging lists, and shipping instructions.
• Ensure adherence to INCONTERMS, export regulations, and client-specific documentation needs.
• Reporting & Market Intelligence: Maintain sales records and generate periodic reports on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or International Trade
