About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Export Sales Coordinator to join our Delhi office. In this role, you will play a key part in managing international sales operations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless exports

Key Responsibilities

• Logistics Coordination: Work closely with global paper manufacturers and logistics service providers to facilitate smooth shipments
• Export Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for international trade compliance
• Follow-ups & Reporting: Conduct regular follow-ups with clients, maintain sales data, and ensure timely order fulfilment
• Customer Engagement: Respond to inquiries from international clients and provide comprehensive quotations

Who You Are

• Prior experience in export documentation and logistics coordination
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory
