Kaviva Life Sciences is a growing health and wellness company committed to providing high-quality nutritional and herbal supplements worldwide. We are seeking an Export Sales Executive to manage international trade operations and client communications while supporting overall business growth. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day export-related activities Generate new leads and build potential client databases in target markets. Respond promptly to client queries via email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. Coordinate with international clients regarding product information, quotations, and order status. Prepare and share routine business communications with clients and internal teams. Assist in follow-ups with clients and maintain healthy business relationships. Ensure timely reporting of export activities to management. Support in routine office and administrative tasks related to exports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in export/import or international sales (freshers with good communication skills may also apply). Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Knowledge of export documentation and procedures will be an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Office, email drafting, and basic digital tools (WhatsApp, Excel, etc.). Ability to multitask and handle routine work with attention to detail. What We Offer : Rise on Current CTC.
