Job Description

Role Overview: As an Export Sales Coordinator cum Export Business Development Executive, you will play a vital role in managing export sales operations and identifying new business opportunities in the international market to drive the global growth of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate export sales activities such as processing orders, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely product delivery. - Liaise with production, logistics, and finance departments for smooth order fulfilment. - Prepare and maintain export documentation, including packing lists and shipping documents. - Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery. - Identify and target new international markets and clients for business expansion. - Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, distributors, and partners. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs in the global market. - Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and business events to promote company products. - Communicate effectively with clients and partners in a professional manner. - Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly. - Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis to inform management of business trends and opportunities. - Assist in the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns to enhance export sales. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelors degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). - Experience: Freshers with a strong interest in international business are encouraged to apply. - Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, basic knowledge of export procedures and documentation is a plus. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
