Job Description

As an Export Sales Coordinator cum Export Business Development Executive at our company, your role will be crucial in managing export sales operations and identifying new business opportunities in the international market. Your responsibilities will include: - Sales Coordination: - Managing and coordinating export sales activities such as processing orders, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely delivery of products. - Liaising with production, logistics, and finance departments for smooth order fulfillment. - Preparing and maintaining export documentation like packing lists and shipping documents. - Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery. - Business Development: - Identifying and targeting new international markets and clients for business expansion. - Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, distributors, and partners. - Conducting market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs globally. - Participating in international trade shows, exhibitions, and business events to promote our products. - Communication & Client Relations: - Communicating effectively with clients and partners in a professional manner. - Providing excellent customer service and handling client inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly. - Reporting & Analysis: - Preparing regular sales reports and market analysis to inform management of business trends and opportunities. - Assisting in the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns to enhance export sales. The qualifications required for this role include: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). - Experience: Freshers with a strong interest in international business are encouraged to apply. - Skills: Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, basic knowledge of export procedures and documentation, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
