Export Sales Executive

Kaviva Life Sciences is a growing health and wellness company committed to providing high-quality nutritional and herbal supplements worldwide. We are seeking an Export Sales Executive to manage international trade operations and client communications while supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day export-related activities
• Generate new leads and build potential client databases in target markets.
• Respond promptly to client queries via email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Coordinate with international clients regarding product information, quotations, and order status.
• Prepare and share routine business communications with clients and internal teams.
• Assist in follow-ups with clients and maintain healthy business relationships.
• Ensure timely reporting of export activities to management.
• Support in routine office and administrative tasks related to exports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in export/import or international sales (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of export documentation and procedures will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email drafting, and basic digital tools (WhatsApp, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and handle routine work with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
