Job Summary: As the R&D Manager , you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and improving hydraulic gear pumps and hand pumps to meet evolving customer and market needs. The role requires a strong foundation in mechanical design, hydraulic systems, CNC/VMC machining processes, small component assembly, and testing . You will play a key role in expanding and upgrading our product portfolio while maintaining manufacturing efficiency and quality. Key Responsibilities: Lead new product development and engineering improvements for hydraulic gear pumps and hand pumps. Design and optimize pump components using 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.). Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design for manufacturability (DFM) and ease of assembly. Develop, validate, and improve pump designs for performance, durability, and efficiency. Oversee CNC/VMC machining processes , including programming review, tooling, and fixturing strategies. Lead the design and validation of hydraulic circuits , components, and system-level integration. Define and supervise testing protocols for flow, pressure, efficiency, leakage, and endurance .
