Your role will involve managing international sales operations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless exports. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Logistics Coordination:** Work closely with global paper manufacturers and logistics service providers to facilitate smooth shipments. - **Export Documentation:** Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for international trade compliance. - **Follow-ups & Reporting:** Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and ensure timely order fulfillment. - **Customer Engagement:** Respond to inquiries from international clients and provide comprehensive quotations. **Qualifications Required:** - Prior experience in export documentation and logistics coordination. - Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - A degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
