Export Sales Coordinator

Skills required:

• Candidate should have Minimum 4-9 years of Experience Export sales Coordination.
• Should Have Good Knowledge of Handling Key Accounts.
• Working Knowledge on SAP / Any software will be an added advantage

Key responsibilities:

• Register the OC after PO is received by the sales & marketing team
• Convert the OC to PO and forward it to relevant supplier/factory for timely delivery
• Follow up with the supplier/factory for timely delivery
• Arrange all logistics for purchase related activities and follow up with the logistic company-

For timely delivery

• Packing & Forwarding : make sure goods produced or bought out are matching to the PO
• Quantity and are re-packed in our packing material.
• Arrange all outward logistics
• Prepare all necessary documents (Invoice, Challan, Packing list, T.C, Eway bill)
• Dispatch details and invoice hardcopy send to customer on time
