JOB DESCRIPTION Role: Digital Marketing Executive Reporting to: Manager / Dy Manager Qualification: Graduate or above Position summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with a strong background in social media marketing and digital campaign management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads. Key responsibilities include managing social media platforms, running paid campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up to date with the latest digital trends. The candidate should be able to work independently and bring creative ideas to support the companys online presence and marketing goals. Skills required: Knowledge of digital marketing, Creative thinking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Key responsibilities: 1. Influencer Marketing ¢ Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with relevant influencers to drive brand awareness and engagement. ¢ ¢ ¢ Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives. Negotiate and finalize partnerships ensuring quality content delivery and adherence to timelines. Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and delivers expected reach and engagement. ¢ Track and measure the performance of influencer campaigns, derive insights, and recommend improvements for future collaborations. 2. Social Media Marketing ¢ Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Monitor platform trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to inform content creation and strategy adjustments. Manage community interactions by responding to comments, DMs, and queries promptly to foster a positive brand image. Optimize social media presence to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. 3. Website Handling ¢ ¢ Update and manage website content and product listings to ensure information is accurate and up to date. Monitor website performance metrics such as traffic, bounce rates, page views, and session duration. ¢ ¢ Implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking and organic traffic. Ensure landing pages are optimized for marketing campaigns and conversion-driven activities. 4. Performance Metrics, Reporting & Key Insights ¢ ¢ Track and measure the performance of all digital marketing activities including influencer campaigns, social media efforts, and website traffic. Prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, engagement levels, website performance, and ROI. ¢ ¢ Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization. Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve the impact and efficiency of future marketing activities. ¢ Ensure timely, accurate, and data-driven reporting to internal stakeholders or management.
