Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and result-oriented Upwork Bidder & Email Marketer who can generate leads through bidding and email marketing. The candidate must be able to understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and convert leads into paying customers.

Preferred candidate profile

UPWORK BIDDING

Identify potential projects on Upwork and place well-researched, personalized bids.

Write professional proposals tailored to client needs.

Communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and help convert them into sales.

Maintain high response rates and improve Upwork profile rankings.

Follow up with clients consistently and close deals.

Coordinate with the internal team for client delivery and project details.

EMAIL MARKETING

Create targeted email lists using tools & research.

Write compelling email copies for lead generation.

Run bulk email campaigns to generate leads for services (Website Development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and campaign analytics.

Maintain & update email databases.

Perform A/B testing to improve email performance.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Strong command over written English.

Experience working as Upwork Bidder / Online Bidder / Business Development Executive.

Knowledge of IT services like Website Development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SMM, etc.

Good understanding of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, GMass, etc.).

Ability to write professional proposals and email content.

Basic understanding of lead generation processes.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to meet daily & monthly lead targets.
