Job Description

Tech Alphonic is looking for a highly driven and experienced IT Sales Manager who can manage the sales team, create sales strategies, and ensure consistent revenue growth for our Digital Marketing & IT Services.

The candidate must have strong knowledge of SEO, SMO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, and CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management

  • Lead, guide, and manage the Sales Executives / Tele-Sales Team.

  • Assign daily lead targets and monitor performance.

  • Train the team on product knowledge and sales communication.

  • Conduct daily review meetings and performance tracking.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Create and execute monthly sales plans for:

  • SEO Services

  • SMO / Social Media Management

  • Google Ads

  • Meta Ads

  • Website Development

  • CRM Software Sales

  • Improve closing ratio and ensure revenue targets are met.

  • Develop strategies to increase inbound & outbound leads.

Client Handling & Closing

  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable services.

  • Present proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services.

Lead Management

  • Work with the marketing team to improve lead quality.

  • Track leads from all channels: Meta, Google, Website, Email, CRM.

  • Follow up with high-quality prospects and assist team in closing.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain detailed daily/weekly sales reports.

  • Analyze team performance and improve weak areas.

  • Forecast monthly revenue and plan targets accordingly.

Coordination

  • Coordinate with operations teams:

  • SEO Team

  • SMM Team

  • Ads Team

  • Web Development Team

  • CRM Development Team

  • Ensure promised services are delivered to clients.

  • Ensure client satisfaction and reduce refunds/cancellations.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong experience in selling IT & Digital Marketing services.

  • Knowledge of SEO, SMO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development.

  • Experience in IT product/CRM sales is a big advantage.

  • Strong leadership ability to manage a sales team.

  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

  • Ability to handle KPIs, targets, and pressure.

  • Good understanding of CRM tools for lead tracking.

  • Strong follow-up and closing skills.
