We aggregate service providers including warehouse operators, transporters, freight forwarders, customs agents, and compliance service providers, offering a unified platform to book and manage logistics operations seamlessly.

✅ Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day operations related to Export Pricing and Export Logistics, ensuring

accuracy and efficiency in all export-related transactions.

2. Perform detailed cost calculations and pricing analysis to support competitive and

profitable export pricing strategies.

3. Maintain and update all export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists,

shipping instructions, etc.) in compliance with export regulations and company policies.

4. Coordinate with overseas vendors and freight forwarders to obtain competitive export

freight rates and service quotes.

5. Ensure compliance with export customs regulations, export control laws, and Incoterms,

proactively addressing any regulatory updates.

6. Support and oversee export shipping documentation, including preparation and

verification of required paperwork for smooth customs clearance and cargo movement.

7. Work cross-functionally with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Warehouse, etc.) and

external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective export shipments.

8. Monitor changes in international trade regulations, export incentives, EXIM policies, and

industry trends to optimize export pricing and operational strategies.

✅ Skills & Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of shipping documentation and logistics regulations.

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

3. Experience in compliance with customs and understanding of incoterms.

4. Familiarity with ERP and SAP systems is an added advantage.

5. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (including advanced formulas), and

PowerPoint.

6. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

7. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

8. Attention to detail with excellent execution and coordination abilities.

9. Ability to work as part of a team, effectively following verbal and written instructions.

10. A proactive and meticulous approach with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.

11. Ability to think innovatively and deliver out-of-the-box solutions.
