You will be joining Benson Polymers Limited, a renowned manufacturer and exporter of adhesive products in the Indian market. As an Export Customer Service associate based in Delhi, India, your main responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, addressing customer issues over the phone, handling service requests, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with various departments to efficiently resolve customer issues and ensure timely product delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction - Address customer issues over the phone - Handle customer service requests and enhance overall customer experience - Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently - Ensure timely delivery of products Qualifications: - Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills - Experience in Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus - Previous experience in exports or the adhesive industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field,
