1. Senior Executive – Export Documentation & Customer Service (5+ Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage

    export documentation

    including

    HBL (House Bill of Lading)

    and

    MBL (Master Bill of Lading)

    .
  • Ensure complete compliance with

    Customs Shipping Bill (SB)

    regulations and other statutory export documentation norms.
  • Coordinate with carriers, shipping lines, and clients for

    BL approvals

    ,

    release

    , and

    submission

    .
  • Communicate with overseas agents, transporters, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate document flow.
  • Handle client queries regarding shipping instructions, BL status, and documentation issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of export compliance and customs regulations.
  • Assist in improving internal documentation processes and ensuring audit readiness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in export documentation.
  • Excellent knowledge of

    HBL/MBL

    preparation, submission, and release procedures.
  • Strong understanding of

    Indian Customs SB rules related to BLs

    .
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

2. Junior Executive – Export Documentation & Customer Service (1.5–3 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of

    HBL/MBL

    as per client and shipping line requirements.
  • Coordinate with customers for document collection and submission timelines.
  • Share draft BLs with clients and ensure timely approval.
  • Communicate with shipping lines and agents for documentation follow-up.
  • Support senior team members in customs documentation and audit compliance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation records for shipments.

Requirements:

  • 1.5 to 3 years of relevant experience in export documentation and customer service.
  • Good working knowledge of

    HBL/MBL processes

    , including filing and communication with shipping lines.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Basic understanding of customs procedures and export formalities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
