Job Description

The position of AutoCAD Designer based in Mumbai requires a skilled individual to create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings, layouts, and plans for projects. Close collaboration with engineers, architects, and project managers is essential to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include developing and preparing 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD software as per project requirements, collaborating with engineers and project managers to gather design requirements, interpreting technical drawings and construction documents, ensuring designs comply with industry standards, revising drawings based on feedback, maintaining organized files of all drawings and revisions, and assisting in preparing presentations for client meetings. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelors/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or a related field, have proven experience as an AutoCAD Designer, proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of other design software such as SolidWorks or Revit is a plus), a strong understanding of technical drawings and construction documentation, attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred skills include experience in designing for steel structures, prefabricated components, or insulated sheets, knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.,
