Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Customer Service associate, located in Delhi, India. The Export Customer Service associate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing customer issues over the phone, handling customer service requests, and enhancing overall customer experience. The associate will also coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure timely delivery of products.

Qualifications

• Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Previous experience in exports or the adhesive industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field
