Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Export Account Manager with a strong foundation in financial management and export documentation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing export accounts within an eCommerce or manufacturing setup , ensuring timely processing of international transactions, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination between internal teams and global clients. Key Responsibilities: Export Finance & Account Management Manage export accounts receivable/payable and maintain accurate financial records. Handle international payment modes such as LC, TT, and advance remittances. Reconcile export collections with banking and ledger records. Ensure timely invoicing, currency tracking, and tax compliance for export transactions. Export Documentation & Compliance Prepare and manage commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and bank documents. Ensure compliance with export laws, GST, DGFT, FEMA, and RBI guidelines. Coordinate with customs agents, freight forwarders, and banks for export clearances. Maintain a centralized record of all export documentation for audit and compliance. Client & Cross-Functional Coordination Serve as the financial point of contact for international buyers and vendors. Collaborate with logistics, warehousing, and eCommerce teams to align export orders with billing. Resolve discrepancies in export payments or documentation with agility. Support finance and sales teams in cost analysis and export profitability tracking. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). 2–4 years of experience in export accounting; eCommerce industry experience is a strong plus. Knowledge of international trade terms, export documentation, and financial regulations. Proficient in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books) and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and time management. Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management. Preferred Attributes: Experience in an eCommerce environment with international clients. Familiarity with online order tracking systems and e-invoicing.
