Export Account Manager- Ecommerce or Manufacturing

Job Description: As an Export Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing export accounts within an eCommerce or manufacturing setup. Your responsibilities will include reconciling export collections, ensuring compliance with export laws, coordinating with internal teams and global clients, and maintaining accurate export documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Reconcile export collections with banking and ledger records. - Ensure timely invoicing, currency tracking, and tax compliance for export transactions. - Prepare and manage commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and bank documents. - Ensure compliance with export laws, GST, DGFT, FEMA, and RBI guidelines. - Coordinate with customs agents, freight forwarders, and banks for export clearances. - Serve as the financial point of contact for international buyers and vendors. - Collaborate with logistics, warehousing, and eCommerce teams to align export orders with billing. - Support finance and sales teams in cost analysis and export profitability tracking. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). - 2+ years of experience in export accounting; eCommerce industry experience is a strong plus. - Knowledge of international trade terms, export documentation, and financial regulations. - Proficient in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books) and Microsoft Excel. - Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and time management. - Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management.,
