The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a strong ability to manage documentation, email coordination, and client communication. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day email coordination with clients and internal teams. Make outbound/inbound calls as needed for business communication. Maintain and organize filing systems and documentation both in digital and physical formats. Provide general administrative support to the team. Use MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for reporting, correspondence, and documentation. Assist in coordinating meetings, scheduling, and maintaining records. Required Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Prior experience in office administration or support roles is preferred.
