Back Office Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily back office and operational activities
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records and databases
  • Prepare, update, and manage reports and MIS
  • Handle email coordination and internal communication
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Follow SOPs and compliance guidelines
  • Support process improvement and operational requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum

    1+ year

    experience in back office or operations role
  • Working knowledge of

    MS Excel, Word, and Email

  • Average communication skills

    (verbal & written)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work in

    Australian shift timings

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Immediate joiners or short notice period candidates
  • Pune-based candidates or those willing to work from
