  Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and branch teams, fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture within the logistics environment.

• Strategic Planning:

  Analyze market trends in the freight industry, identify new business opportunities (e.g., specific shipping lanes, modes of transport), and develop plans to capture them.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  Effectively negotiate large-scale contracts and communicate clearly with clients, carriers, customs officials, and internal stakeholders.

• Problem Solving & Decision Making:

  Act as the ultimate decision-maker for branch-level operational issues, applying strong analytical skills to resolve complex logistics and supply chain challenges.

• Industry Focus:

  Deep knowledge and extensive professional experience

  in the freight, logistics, or supply chain industry is mandatory.

• Experience:

  10+ years

  of progressive experience in senior

  sales and branch management

  roles.

• Revenue History:

  Must be able to demonstrate a historical track record of consistently achieving and exceeding

  high-value revenue targets

  from previous work history (minimum revenue figures are expected).

• Skills:

  Exceptional

  leadership, communication, negotiation, delegation, problem-solving
