Skills Requirement Preferably from the Real Estate Industry or any industry with outbound selling (calling) experience. Should have worked on sales targets/results-oriented environment Should be aggressive and know telephone etiquette. Should have very good convincing skills Must Possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in English, Telugu & Hindi Need immediate joiners. Role & Designation To make daily calls to the leads provided as per the target. To achieve the target on a daily/Weekly basis. Convert leads to Customer Site Visits To explain our projects in detail to the Customers To answer customer queries Promptly Able to coordinate with the Sales team to fix appointments for Customers. Good in escalating calls to the next level in case support is required. Able to address customers concerns and suggest respective products. Should be good in analytical, pricing details etc. Adaptive to working on weekends / rapidly changing circumstances
