Job Description

Manager - Business Development (Pharma/Food)

of "BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT"

Experience : 4 - 10 Years

Industry Preference: Food / Pharma (B2B Sales Experience Required)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the Food and Pharma industries.
Own all plans and strategies for business development aligned with company goals.
Drive B2B sales efforts with a focus on building long-term relationships with corporate clients.
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers through regular communication (in-person, calls, and emails).
Collaborate closely with the Sales Head, providing regular performance updates and market insights.
Promote company products and actively contribute to closing key deals.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to build strong customer relationships.
Generate and qualify inbound leads to meet sales objectives.
Maintain full visibility into the sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-through at each stage.
Build and nurture partnerships with key clients and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in
B2B sales
, especially in the
Pharma
or
Food
industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
