Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

International Sales & Business Development:-

*Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.

*Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and clients.

*Achieve export sales targets and expand market share.

Export Documentation & Compliance

*Ensure accurate and timely preparation of export documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COA, COO, etc.).

*Stay updated with DGFT, customs, shipping, and international trade compliance requirements.

*Liaise with CHA, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for smooth logistics execution.

Market Research & Strategy

*Conduct market analysis to identify potential markets, customer needs, and competition.

*Develop region-wise export strategies for Agrosaw products.

*Recommend product modifications to suit overseas market requirements.

Client Relationship Management

*Handle client queries, negotiations, and post-sales support.

*Coordinate with service and technical teams for installation, after-sales, and spare parts support.

*Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Pricing & Commercials

*Prepare export quotations, costing, and pricing strategies.

*Negotiate payment terms (LC, advance, CAD, etc.) and ensure timely realisation of payments.

*Minimise risks related to forex fluctuations, non-payments, and credit.

*Coordination with Internal Teams

*Work closely with production, quality, and dispatch departments for timely order execution.

*Share feedback from international clients with R&D/product teams for product improvement.

*Collaborate with finance for export incentives, duty drawbacks, and GST refunds.

Exhibitions & International Marketing

*Plan and participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.

*Represent Agrosaw at global platforms to enhance brand visibility.

Reporting & MIS

*Maintain records of export sales, shipments, and payments.

*Provide periodic reports on market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to management.


Key Requirements:

*Graduate/MBA (International Business/Marketing preferred).

*3-5 years of experience in export sales (preferably in agri-machinery / engineering goods).

*Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics.

*Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

*Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and knowledge of foreign languages (advantageous).

*Willingness to travel internationally.

Salary Package:

5-6 LPA + VARIABLE SALES INCENTIVE
