Executive - Talent Acquisition

The job involves coordinating with hiring/team managers across PAN India to identify staffing needs. You will be responsible for keeping in constant communication with team managers to provide updates on the status and information about the entire hiring process. Handling multiple requirements in software, digital, and mechanical engineering domains will be a key part of this role. You will need to determine selection criteria, plan interview and selection procedures, which may include screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. Additionally, designing job descriptions and interview questions that accurately reflect each position's requirements will be part of your responsibilities. Leading employer branding initiatives is also a crucial aspect of this role. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund.
