Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Executive role located in Vadodara, with flexibility for remote work as needed. The Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth communication within departments, and contributing to strategic planning and decision-making processes. Additional responsibilities include managing key client relationships, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring efficient execution of organizational goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency will be critical to the role's success.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, team collaboration, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in business strategy, client relationship management, and operational planning
Effective communication, organizational, and time management abilities
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and operational dynamics
Proficiency in using relevant software tools and data analysis for strategic planning
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
Proven ability to deliver results and work effectively in a hybrid work arrangement
