The Sales Executive – School & Educational Programs is responsible for driving revenue through school group bookings, educational field trips, and youth organization partnerships, managing travel agents in assigned territory. This role leads school-focused sales initiatives, develops strategic relationships with educators and institutions, and manages the full sales cycle from outreach to execution, ensuring exceptional group experiences and repeat business.
· Develop and execute sales strategies to grow school and educational group bookings.
· Identify and pursue new school partnerships, districts, and education networks.
· Identify and develop new travel partners in respective territory assigned.
· Conduct presentations, site tours, and virtual meetings for school decision-makers
· Negotiate commercials within approved pricing guidelines and close deals
· Serve as the primary point of contact for school accounts
· Maintain strong long-term relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
· Maintain strong relationships with corporates, schools, tour operators, and channel partners
· Ensure adherence to pricing policies as per standard Brand Policy
· Maximize revenue and footfalls through respective schools and travel agents.
· Track leads, proposals, contracts, and conversions using CRM tools
· Collaborate with operations, education, and guest services teams to design age-appropriate and curriculum-aligned programs
· Coordinate logistics including schedules, capacity planning, meals, transportation timing, and special requirements if any.
· Oversee on-site execution of school visits when required.
· Support development of school-focused marketing materials and sales collateral
· Represent the park at education fairs, school events, and community outreach programs
· Monitor competitor offerings and school calendar trends to adjust sales strategy
· Meet or exceed monthly and annual school sales targets
· Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates
· Provide insights and recommendations to senior management
· Revenue achievement against assigned targets
· Number of new accounts onboarded
· Conversion ratio of leads to closures
· Repeat business and client retention
· Timely payment collections
· Experience selling to schools, districts, or educational institutions
· Background in attractions, hospitality, tourism, or family entertainment
· Familiarity with CRM systems and group booking platforms
· Relationship building and stakeholder management
· Strong communication and persuasion skills
· Analytical thinking and reporting
· Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
