Qualifications, Experience & Competency: · Minimum of Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail marketing. MBA preferred. · Preferred background in entertainment, retail, advertising agencies, or experiential marketing. · Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing concepts and solutions. · Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic website management. · Strong knowledge of BTL activities and event planning, with exceptional attention to detail. · Basic understanding of materials, printing processes, and production workflows.
