Job Description

Job Responsibilities

·  Conceptualize, plan, and execute an annual calendar of marketing activities, events, and promotions at the facility.

·     Monitor marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI-focused spending.

·     Conduct regular analysis of campaign performance, customer insights, and revenue impact to optimize marketing strategies.

·     Manage digital media campaigns to drive customer engagement and interactions.

·     Oversee all aspects of print production, media execution, events, and BTL activations.

·     Manage in-facility branding and marketing collaterals end-to-end.

·     Ideate and implement revenue-driven promotions in collaboration with internal teams (F&B, Merchandising, Operations).

·     Partner with third-party platforms to generate additional revenue streams and enhance brand visibility.

·     Collaborate with creative, digital, PR, and event agencies for successful 360-degree marketing activations.

Manage Loyalty Programs and CRM initiatives to strengthen customer relationships, drive repeat visits, and increase lifetime value.


Qualifications, Experience & Competency:

·     Minimum of Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail marketing. MBA preferred.

·     Preferred background in entertainment, retail, advertising agencies, or experiential marketing.

·     Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing concepts and solutions.

·     Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic website management.

·     Strong knowledge of BTL activities and event planning, with exceptional attention to detail.

·     Basic understanding of materials, printing processes, and production workflows.

·     Abreast with marketing trends (online & offline), consumer behavior, and market sentiment to identify fresh opportunities.

·    Zeal to think out of the box and willingness to step beyond the comfort zone to deliver impactful campaigns.
