Position Summary:

Responsibilities

To make both the plan and annual budget for the yearly calendar, according to the established formats and to quote prices for the necessary supplies, always keeping to the authorized cost for each one

To create and develop the concept for each Event and generate a script which contains the procedures of how the establishment dynamics is to be carried out, following the service precepts, politics and restrictions of each place

To make sure the scripts are coherent with the KidZania concepts and principles and that they serve the sponsors/commercial partners commercial purposes, thus validating the activities

To keep the sponsors very much in mind, incorporating their best practices and coordinating any change of image

To implement and train personnel for each establishment and facility for the season / event calendar

To identify and select qualified providers for the purveyance of elements or supplies to be used in the dynamics, meeting the quality standards, prices and delivery times required by the organization

To estimate the necessary material (audiovisuals, didactic elements, graphics, etc) for each activity and order it from the appropriate internal areas and the sponsors

To administrate the supplies that are not regularly used coming from international purchases or sponsors (receiving, registry, delivery and keeping) authorizing warehouse removal, planning its replacement and filling the invoice

To write a monthly service and quality report on the dynamics of each establishment

To generate and present a general audio proposal for the center and/or ambience in establishments through external or internal center providers based in the needs of eachestablishments or current seasons

To update the book, magazine and dynamic music inventory every six months to make sure the correct permits are in order

Experience:

Three years experience in event planning & production

Proficient in using PowerPoint

Good contacts with Event vendors

Creative and Innovative to come up with new Variable program ideas

Projects requiring analysis and detailed event description

Qualification :

Graduates, Major in communications, event production or similar branch
