Executive - Research & Development - Food Industry

As a skilled R&D professional in the food industry, you will be responsible for developing new food products, improving existing products, and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating innovative food products across various categories - Conducting market research and analyzing consumer insights - Experimenting with new ingredients and flavors - Improving existing products" taste, texture, and nutritional value - Creating and refining recipes for new and existing products - Ensuring scalability and cost-effectiveness - Collaborating with the quality assurance team to implement HACCP and other quality control measures - Identifying and sourcing high-quality ingredients for new product development - Conducting sensory panels to evaluate product taste, texture, and appearance - Incorporating feedback from sensory panelists into product development - Developing innovative packaging solutions to enhance product shelf life - Maintaining quality and understanding shelf-life testing protocols and regulatory requirements - Ensuring compliance with food labeling regulations and industry standards - Staying up-to-date with changing regulations and industry trends Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field - Proven experience in food product development and R&D - Strong knowledge of food safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance - Excellent sensory evaluation and product testing skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Strong communication and collaboration skills Please note that this is a full-time job based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and you should be willing to commute or relocate with an employer-provided relocation package preferred.,
