Job Description

Leading end-to-end recruitment for Sales Marketing, corporate position and at plant division and collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet the Staffing needs within TAT.
Having exposure in sourcing of accounts, procurement, IT, sales support, logistics, business analyst, Mechanical engineer, Quality engineers, Quality Analyst, maintenance engineer, production engineer or related roles.
Attracting suitable candidates through databases, paid and unpaid portals, social media, LinkedIn etc.
Scrutinizing the resumes and interacting with candidates as per the competencies required to perform the KRA and KPIs
Scheduling the interviews virtually and in person.
Achieving the daily targets of resume sharing and self targets of joiners.
Reducing time-to-fill, increasing the quality of hires
Ensure all candidates are provided with timely updates concerning the status of their applications and interviews.
Keep candidates engaged throughout the process.
Willing to take the initiatives and challenges to deliver and willing to travel.
