What We’re Looking For:

🔹 1–3 years of experience in US Recruiting

🔹 Strong experience working with Direct Clients & Implementation Partners

🔹 Hands-on with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.)

🔹 Excellent communication & negotiation skills

🔹 Ability to handle the full recruitment cycle independently

What You’ll Do:

✔ Work on business professional requirements across multiple MSP clients

✔ Source, screen, and submit top-quality candidates

✔ Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines

✔ Maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants
