✅ Recruitment Executive – Job Role and Responsibilities A Recruitment Executive plays a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for an organization. They are involved in the end-to-end hiring process and work closely with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements. 📌 Key Responsibilities: 1. Understanding Hiring Needs Coordinate with department heads or HR managers to understand job requirements. Prepare or review job descriptions and specifications. 2. Sourcing Candidates Post job openings on job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn). Use databases, social media, and networking to source suitable candidates. Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates. 3. Screening & Shortlisting Review resumes and applications. Conduct telephonic or video screening to assess candidates’ suitability. Shortlist qualified candidates for further interviews. 4. Scheduling Interviews Coordinate with interview panels and candidates for interview scheduling. Ensure timely communication and feedback at each stage. 5. Conducting Interviews Participate in initial rounds of interviews when required. Evaluate communication, attitude, and skill alignment. 6. Follow-Up & Coordination Assist in salary negotiation and final offer preparation. Ensure smooth pre-joining communication and documentation. Track onboarding status of selected candidates. 7. Database Management Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports. Ensure candidate data is accurately stored in the HR system. 8.
