Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed screenings and evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients with comprehensive profiles.

1. Client Management:

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their hiring needs are met effectively.
• Provide insights and updates on market trends and candidate availability.

1. Database Management:

• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate and client information.
• Build and nurture a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

• Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in executive-level recruitment.
• Proven ability to source and engage with high-level professionals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
