Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for technical and non-technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the process
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports
• Meet hiring targets and maintain a high quality of talent acquisition

Required Skills:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT preferred)
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
