The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job

vacancies within an organization. The primary goal is to attract top talent and ensure a smooth and

efficient recruitment process.

Responsibilities

 Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and position requirements.

 Source potential candidates through online job portals, social media, professional

networks, and other channels

 Review and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

 Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Requirements

 Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role

 Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
