Job Description

Job Title: Executive - R2RWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Executive for our Record to Report (R2R) team. The Executive will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of financial accounting and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. This position involves coordinating monthly closing activities, reconciling financial statements, and preparing reports for management. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely completion of financial statements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
Prepare and review general ledger entries and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial data.
Identify and implement process improvements within the R2R framework.
Support the audit process by providing required documentation and information.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts as needed.

Skills And Tools Required

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
