Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in driving strategic marketing initiatives, support sales planning and execution, and contribute to brand and market development activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure in sales analytics, market intelligence, and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Planning & Execution

• Assist in the development and execution of sales plans aligned with business objectives.
• Track and analyze sales KPIs; coordinate with regional sales teams for performance reviews.
• Monitor market and sales trends to identify growth opportunities.
  

2. Sales & Market Development

• Support identification of new market segments and customer acquisition strategies.
• Participate in field visits, customer interactions, and market mapping.
• Contribute to lead generation and go-to-market initiatives for new products or territories.
  

3. Debtor Management

• Coordinate with finance and sales teams to monitor outstanding receivables.
• Support timely follow-ups and reporting of payment status.
  

4. Customer Delight

• Execute customer engagement and feedback programs.
• Support digital and offline marketing campaigns to enhance brand identity.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across customer touchpoints.
  

5. Brand Positioning

• Support development and implementation of brand positioning strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, product) for brand alignment.
• Assist in competitor benchmarking and consumer perception analysis.
  

6. Market Intelligence

• Track industry trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
• Prepare market intelligence reports with strategic recommendations.
  

7. MIS & Reporting

• Maintain and update MIS for sales, marketing campaigns, and customer feedback.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to management.
