Job Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Visit dealer locations regularly to explain channel finance products
- Educate dealers on the benefits and workings of invoice discounting and credit facility options
- Help build dealer confidence in using financial products to support business growth
- Collect necessary documents for dealer onboarding
- Ensure complete and timely submission of documents to the internal credit team
- Collect invoice acknowledgment and dealer confirmation letter post onboarding
- Share documents with lenders for invoice discounting and ensure timely disbursal to MSAF
- Respond to and resolve dealer queries related to invoices, payment status, and interest calculations
- Ensure consistent and timely support to enhance dealer satisfaction
- Communicate with lenders via email for account statements and payment confirmations
- Maintain a professional relationship to ensure smooth fund flow and transaction reconciliation
- Track credit limits for each dealer
- Update available limits and coordinate with dispatch/logistics teams accordingly
- Generate and share reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Provide data and insights when required for decision-making and audits
