Job Roles & Responsibilities :-

Dealer Engagement & Product Explanation :

- Visit dealer locations regularly to explain channel finance products

- Educate dealers on the benefits and workings of invoice discounting and credit facility options

- Help build dealer confidence in using financial products to support business growth

Documentation & Onboarding :

- Collect necessary documents for dealer onboarding

- Ensure complete and timely submission of documents to the internal credit team

Post-Onboarding Follow-Up :

- Collect invoice acknowledgment and dealer confirmation letter post onboarding

- Share documents with lenders for invoice discounting and ensure timely disbursal to MSAF

Dealer Support :

- Respond to and resolve dealer queries related to invoices, payment status, and interest calculations

- Ensure consistent and timely support to enhance dealer satisfaction

Lender Coordination :

- Communicate with lenders via email for account statements and payment confirmations

- Maintain a professional relationship to ensure smooth fund flow and transaction reconciliation

Credit Limit Monitoring :

- Track credit limits for each dealer

- Update available limits and coordinate with dispatch/logistics teams accordingly

Reporting & MIS :

- Generate and share reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis

- Provide data and insights when required for decision-making and audits

Required Skill-Set :-

• MS Excel

  : Comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and basic reporting

• Email Drafting

  : Clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders

• Typing Skills

  : Fast and accurate documentation

• Analytical Skills

  : Ability to interpret data and identify discrepancies

• Convincing Skills

  : Confident in dealing with dealers and lenders to ensure alignment and compliance

• Languages

  – Telugu, English, Hindi – Should able to speak and understand (Mandatory).
