Position Overview: We are seeking an accomplished Executive Pastry Chef to lead our pastry kitchen and drive culinary innovation. This role requires a visionary leader who can elevate our dessert offerings while maintaining our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative dessert menus aligned with Aubree's premium brand positioning Lead, mentor, and manage the pastry team to ensure consistent excellence Oversee recipe development, testing, and standardization across all product lines Maintain stringent quality control standards for all pastry production Manage inventory, cost controls, and vendor relationships for pastry operations Collaborate with management on seasonal offerings and new product launches Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in high-end pastry operations with 3+ years in leadership roles Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification in pastry arts Expertise in French patisserie techniques and western dessert styles Proven track record in menu development and innovation Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills Excellent understanding of costing, inventory management, and kitchen operations Preferred Skills: Experience with eggless and vegetarian dessert formulations Knowledge of chocolate work and confectionery Creative flair with presentation and plating techniques To Apply: Email your resume and portfolio to careers@aubree.in
