Role Overview: Yummy Bee, an initiative by VLOGS Food Pvt Ltd, is looking for an Executive Pastry Chef to join their team in Hyderabad. As an Executive Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for leading the pastry department, creating innovative pastry and dessert recipes, and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained. Your role will involve overseeing baking and food preparation processes, managing a team, and ensuring menu consistency and compliance with food safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the pastry department and oversee all pastry and dessert preparations - Create and execute innovative pastry and dessert recipes - Ensure high-quality standards are maintained in all pastry and dessert items - Manage a team of pastry chefs and kitchen staff - Maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations - Oversee inventory and supply management for the pastry department Qualifications Required: - Expertise in Bakery and Baking techniques, including bread making and pastry preparation - Proficiency in Food Preparation and precision in cooking for pastry and dessert items - Strong Culinary Skills, including recipe development, design, and innovative approaches to pastry art and presentation - Ability to manage and train a team, maintain food safety standards, and oversee inventory and supply management - Experience in creating a variety of desserts and pastries for diverse customer preferences - Professional culinary education or certification in pastry arts is highly preferred - Proven leadership qualities and experience in a professional kitchen environment,
