Job Description


  • Ensure accurate and timely verification of attendance for BA personnel.
  • Prepare and send complete and error-free NFRD (Non-First Run Delivery) reports to customers promptly.
  • Work towards continuous improvement in customer experience.
  • Coordinate with dealers regarding RPH (Return Parts Handling) and defect logistics.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in monthly physical inventory at the Swaraj stockyard.
  • Conduct regular customer interactions and ensure minimal customer complaints.
  • Maintain a minimum SQI (Service Quality Index) audit score of 90%.
  • Achieve 100% adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure 100% accurate dispatch operations daily and monthly.
  • Prepare and submit a monthly SY (Stockyard) Performance Scorecard with weighted averages.
  • Ensure full compliance with audit norms.
  • Complete PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) .
  • Oversee timely scrap removal with prior customer approvals.
  • Track and report compliance using weighted average metrics.
  • Maintain high accuracy between physical and SAP/system inventory.
  • Ensure same-day GRN (Goods Receipt Note) generation.
  • Complete POD (Proof of Delivery) updates 100% on the same day.
  • Ensure error-free processing of GRNs, BBND (Beyond Bond), dispatches, NRFDs, and RFDs.
  • Participate in monthly Top BA (Business Associate) reviews.
  • Promote continuous improvement through a minimum of 5 Kaizens per person.
  • Follow defined processes under the Model Operation framework.
  • Ensure 100% reporting of Near Miss incidents within timelines.
  • Conduct and support periodic reviews (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly) for BAs, CFAs, and customers.
  • Monitor and achieve mCares targets against planned benchmarks (weighted average-based).
  • Lead and coordinate PULSE (Performance-based initiatives) and CSR activities at the stockyard.
  • Ensure engagement and inclusion of BA personnel in all excellence initiatives (tracked via weighted average).
