Job Description

Job Responsibilities of Executive Operations:

  • Responsible for core Recruitment of ground level staff and Supervisor level staff as and when required.
  • Will be responsible for the supervision of the entire operations of Housekeeping, Support Services, Production Support services, etc.
  • Should be of courteous and polite demeanour.
  • Should be physically present to oversee the site operations throughout the week.
  • Shall report to Operations manager for daily operational activities, client escalations, site observations etc.
  • Shall be responsible for cleanliness across all assigned client place.
  • Must be proactive in solving problems.
  • He will personally be responsible for handling the house keepers and other support staff deployed at client place.
  • Should ensure that all checking of the works carried out by the staff.
  • Should report for maintenance and snag issues observed by self and by team time to time for periodical repair and maintenance.
  • Should interact with the clients, clients stakeholders and enquire personally for the service feedback.
  • Should be basic in computers.
  • Should prepare a detail of works carried out / pending as per the site operations. The matrix should be put up on weekly basis to clients.
  • Responsible for maintaining daily attendance of staff deployed at site, getting client approval on the monthly attendance from client on hard copy and submit to UDS along with excel copy to process salary and billing.
  • Responsible for submission of monthly invoicing and follow up for clearing payments.
  • Responsible to generate Periodical reports for site operations and share with Superior for monthly review.
  • Responsible for taking monthly feedback from client and submit the reports to UDS.
  • Responsible for training of staff and share the reports.
  • Responsible for preparing the duty roaster and implementation of the same at site.
  • Ensure the replacement is provided for any absent of any category of site with the help of within the team members or support from UDS office.
  • Ensure to maintain the leave and absent records of all staff.
  • Responsible to furnish the required reports and analysis as when asked by client.
  • Responsible for Periodical audits at client place as and when required.
  • Responsible for Recruitment of ground level staff and Supervisor level staff as and when required.
  • Responsible to ensure to follow all rules and regulations as per the company code of conduct.
  • Ready to travel with in Goa and outside Goa for any operations requirements without any conditions.
  • Responsible to ensure to maintain the decipline at site for self and for the staff deployed at client site.
