Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and Execute Outreach -

    Strategies the comprehensive outreach plans to promote university programs and attract prospective students.


  • Build and Maintain Relationships-

    Establish and nurture partnerships with high schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to facilitate student referrals and institutional collaborations


  • Engage with Prospective Students-

    Conduct informational sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate students and parents about the University Program, application processes, and Usp


  • Collaborate with Marketing Team-

    Work closely with the team to create promotional materials, social media campaigns, and other marketing initiatives to boost awareness and visibility


  • Track and Report Outreach Activities-

    Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, monitor outcomes, and prepare regular reports


  • Support the Application Process-

    Guide prospective students through the application process, including documentation, deadlines, and admissions-related queries and forward to the admission team


  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends-

    Monitor and analyse trends in the education sector to ensure the institute's programs remain competitive and relevant.

  • Lead generation through institutional tie-ups and collaboration
  • Outreach activity effectiveness and conversion rates
  • Event participation and relationship expansion for B2B and B2C
  • Contribution to admissions and enrollment growth

Job Knowledge (Prerequisites)

  • In-depth understanding of the education sector, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Strong knowledge of sales, marketing and outreach principles with a focus on partnership development.
  • Good understanding of contract negotiation, MOU and legal aspects of partnership agreements.


Skill Set-

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in presentation and proposal development


Education Qualification-

  • Graduate degree from a reputed institute/university (Postgraduate preferred)


Experience-


  • 7 to 12 years of work experience in business development, outreach, or partnership roles, preferably in the

    education or edtech sector

    .


Work Location- Stationed out of the respective states

Budget- Rs 55,000/-
