Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing sales for residential and commercial real estate projects. The role requires strong communication skills, market awareness, and a target-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information about the project, pricing, and payment plans. Generate leads through networking, referrals, walk-ins, broker channels, and online platforms. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project site visits. Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication until closure. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable project options. Explain project features, layouts, amenities, and USPs clearly and confidently. Negotiate pricing and terms to close bookings as per company guidelines. Maintain and update CRM records, lead status, and daily reports. Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to support sales campaigns. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage). 1-4 years of experience in real estate sales or relevant industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Good understanding of real estate trends and customer preferences. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and digital real estate platforms.
